Speaking to your broker in person or via a zoom call will give you an understanding of how they work. Are they patient and understanding, will they listen to your specific needs, will they chase up any issues you may come across in a timely manner. These are all things to consider, we all want to work with someone who genuinely cares about the outcome, not just the figures, as important as they are. Ensuring your Broker is fully CeMAP qualified is important, ask for their FCA number, are they actively taking part in CPD courses? These are also important factors when choosing your broker.
